It'd be great, of course, if corporations used the tax cuts to raise wages, improve benefits, and hire more U.S. employees. There's also the possibility they'll use it to reward investors with share buybacks and dividend payouts, and executives with bonuses.

Too bad Trump wasn't around to answer questions on the topic. He was probably too busy fuming over Steve Bannon.
