Should you wear your most flawless contour to the big fall bash this weekend20p Archives If bobbing for apples is on the agenda, think again.
To help you prepare for everyone's most beloved fall sport (not baseball, duh), we put on full faces of makeup and plunged our heads into a large storage bin. To help you! You're welcome.

Then, it was time to get contoured, which basically means using shades slightly lighter and slightly darker than the skin to give "shape" to your facial features.

Nice.

We also put on some liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow, lots of mascara and some nice red lipstick, which we figured people also might want to wear to a fall bash.

This was the point when we felt the best — and the least cold.

Then, it was time to bob for apples.
In case you're unfamiliar, bobbing for apples is a lot like soccer in that you cannot use your hands. It is also different from soccer because you can't use your feet, either — just your toothy, autumnal mouth.
It is also extremely difficult. Hot fall tip: go for the stems.

We didn't declare a winner — this is a fun game, not a competition! However, two clear loserswere our eye makeup and lipstick, which, unsurprisingly, were no match for a large storage bin of water.

The contour itself, though, held up surprisingly well. Our advice? Either wear contour and no other makeup, or throw caution to the wind and lean in to looking like Taylor Swift in "Blank Space."
Via GiphyOr wear no makeup! Basically, do whatever you want. Your face is yours and yours alone.
Happy fall!
