【Hizoban Higasa no onna】
Warning: Spoilers follow for Ant-Man and Hizoban Higasa no onnathe Wasp.
By now, you know the drill: Never, ever leave during the end credits of a Marvel movie.
Like most of its brethren, Ant-Man and the Wasphas two scenes buried in the credits: one near the start, and another at the bitter end.
SEE ALSO: Who's who in 'Ant-Man and the Wasp'But just in case you did leave – or just in case you stuck around but aren't quite sure what you just witnessed – here's what you need to know about the end credits scenes of Ant-Man and the Wasp.
1. Ant-Man and the Wasp catches up to Avengers: Infinity War

What happens:Janet, Hank, and Hope are on a rooftop, fiddling with some equipment a few feet away from the quantum gateway, which has been stashed in the back of a van.
The plan, Janet explains to Scott, is for him to take a healing particle into the subatomic quantum realm to help "cure our ghost friend." She warns him not to get distracted by the tardigrade field or sucked into the time vortex, and then sends him on his merry way.
A mic check confirms they can hear him, even down there, and Scott successfully unleashes the particle. He's ready to come back up, and starts the countdown... only Janet, Hank, and Hope aren't receiving his messages. They've been turned to dust, thanks to Thanos.
"Seriously, don't joke around, bring me up!" yells Scott, still in the quantum realm.
What it means:You know that insanely high body count at the end of Avengers: Infinity War? It just got three people higher.
Meanwhile, Scott is now stuck in the quantum realm until Feige only knows when... and if we've learned anything from Janet, it's that staying down there can do weird things to a person. Like give them special powers.
Then there's the fact that time and space work completely differently down there – Hank, in the first Ant-Man, says those concepts are "irrelevant" as far as the quantum realm is concerned. Combine that with Janet's warning about the time vortex, and we have to wonder if Scott is gonna be involved in some time-travel shenanigans come Avengers 4.
2. An ant has some fun

What happens:Back at Scott's house, everything is chaos. The TV is showing only the "Emergency Broadcast System" signal – probably as a result of the mayhem caused by Thanos. The place looks like a mess, but no one's home.
Well, no one human. The ant who'd subbed in for Scott's daily routine is not only home, he's having the time of his life banging on Scott's electric drum kit.
What it means:You never know what you're gonna get with these credits scenes. Sometimes they're super-dramatic reveals, or shocking teases for the upcoming films... and sometimes, it's an ant playing drums.
But hey, the good news is that Scott's ant friend survived Thanos!
Bonus: Marvel drops a strategically placed question mark

What happens:Ant-Man and the Waspcloses with the usual reassurance that "Ant-Man and the Wasp will return"... and then, a beat later, finishes it off with a question mark. Reader, my theater gasped.
What it means:Marvel is still pretending that the Thanos deaths are permanent and not something that will definitely get a tidy reversal in time for everyone to return for their regularly scheduled sequels.
