Using beautifully designed cards that provide each character with a set of numerical values, players test their stats against each other in five separate categories.

The stats that decides who is the most Wes Anderson of Wes Anderson characters include: box office dollars, family troubles, influence, style, and awards. Able to be played with as many friends as you'd like, the winner of each round is decided by who has the highest number in each given category.

Granted, this might mean the game favors characters depending on the movie they happen to be in. But Zissou's style points certainly balance outLife Aquatic's box office bust. And it also doesn't hurt that being played by Bill Murray means Zissou's influence over the cultural zeitgeist far outweigh his film's profitability margins.
